i got a letter from my dear friend alex mcrae today! he's doing great and i'm so proud of him and how much he's grown up already, just in 3 months! but one paragraph he wrote really stuck out to me today:
"the lord will bless you, and in the times of need just get on your knees and plead with the Lord saying that you are doing what he wants and that you need his help to accomplish those things and he will give it to you. when you ask ye shall receive."
i needed that reminder today. thanks, alex! sure miss you!
